Alaysia B Hackett, "Pastor Lacy", is the 6th of 7 Children born to Dr. Roscoe and Lady Bessie Black.  She holds a Masters of Public Affairs and is the Director of Diversity for a University.

She serves the body of Christ in the Prophetic office and assisted her husband in the establishment of the ministry.  She ministers evangelistically as well as through music and church administration.   Her motto is that "God gives her a song, then a word for the perfecting of the body of Christ".  She is the proud mother of 3 children: Empress-Imani, Lorde-Sebastian, and Heiress-Royal.
